Pro Measuring Tips

Ignore your "Jeans Size". Fashion brands use "vanity sizing." Workwear is true-to-measure. Use a tape measure.

Natural Waist. Most work pants sit higher (at the natural waist/belly button), not on the hips.

Chest vs Belly. For shirts, if your belly is larger than your chest, match your size to your belly measurement.

Shrinkage. 100% Cotton items will shrink 3-5%. Blends generally hold their size.
