1. Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer standard domestic shipping across the United States:
- Flat-Rate Shipping: $7.98 for all orders under $100.
- Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders $100.00 and above.
- Domestic Only: We currently ship within the United States only. No international shipping is available at this time.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
- Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
- Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Address Accuracy
Liliana Work Clothes is not responsible for items delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
3. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are committed to getting your workwear to you. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.
4. Combined Shipping
To reduce our environmental impact and keep costs low, multiple orders placed within the same 24-hour period to the same address may be combined into a single shipment.
