Factory irregulars are brand-new items from major manufacturers that have minor cosmetic imperfections—like a slight color variation, small stitching irregularity, or sizing that's slightly off-spec. These flaws don't affect durability or performance, but they prevent the item from being sold at full retail price. Your gain!

Are irregular items defective?

No! Irregular items are not defective. They're fully functional garments that simply don't meet the manufacturer's strict cosmetic standards. Think of it like buying a slightly dented can of soup—the contents are perfectly fine.

Are your products authentic?

Yes, 100%. We only sell authentic gear from trusted brands like Red Kap, Dickies, Bulwark, and Reed. We do not sell counterfeits or knock-offs. Our items come directly from authorized factory channels.

How do I know what condition my item is in?

Every item on our site is graded and described. Check our Grading Guide for detailed explanations of each condition level. Most of our inventory is 'New Irregular,' meaning it has never been worn but has a minor cosmetic flaw.
